Police are hoping to determine a suspect and acquire surveillance video after a rush-hour theft at a Rock Hill financial institution Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred shortly earlier than 5 p.m. Tuesday on the TD Financial institution department on Mills Park Drive, based on a written assertion from Rock Hill Police Department.
